Pale yellow color with sparkling reflections. Mineral and brioche aromas with notes of tart fruit, citrus and apple. Pure on the palate, with finesse and freshness.
Production process
Grapes are harvested at night to take advantage of low nocturnal temperatures. The vinification and the production process are then carried out traditionally. A de-alcoholisation stage (Spinning Cone) takes place to give Chavin Zéro its full meaning. The non-alcoholic wine is finally bottled, elegantly packaged and then, very simply, served.
